sunday night.

i just got home from work and am relaxing while watching sex and the city on e! and eating ice cream.  but it sounds like all you lovelies had a great weekend!  i did too!

want to hear about it?  yes?  oh you are too nice...
okay well, cute boy and i had sushi and went to a jazz basketball game instead of sundace on friday but it was a blast.  it was a good time.  just what i needed.

now i'm getting ready for tomorrow.  all of you have a great monday!

my workout coach.

for christmas {yes this is late} i got this neat cool gadget that makes working out so much better.


it is a watch that for every time i workout for three minutes non-stop i get a bar and after sixty minutes of working out you get this code that you upload to the switch2health website to earn points.  once you earn enough points you can get gifcards or free things.

one option is to win a wii, but that takes about three days straight of working out.  and i'm not that dedicated.

cool huh?  you get free things just for going on a run or lifting weights.  i even earn points when i'm at work. 

it also smiles or frowns at you depending if you are moving or not.

this was just a something-something to inform you about my cool new watch.

remember back in the day when all of a sudden boys no longer had cuties?

and you would swoon every time a guy even looked at you?

 you know what i'm talking about...junior high days.

the era of when all sleepovers consisted of boy talk and who had crushes on who.

well the other day i came across the website the love calculator.

we use to spend hours on it...well maybe not hours, but we would put every name we could think of into that thing.

made me laugh and brought back good memories.  maybe it did for you too?

bummer dude.

so previously i posted about twin going into surgery for his ankles...well he his home now and in a wheelchair.  i may or may not have had an emotional break down seeing my twin confined to a wheelchair with casts on both feet.  don't judge me.

what happened is that he fell about thirty feet after a red rock crumbled underneath him.  he completely broke his left ankle and broke many bones in his right foot.  he is now confined to a wheelchair for ten weeks.

well there he is blog world.  that's twin with two big casts and ed on his lap.  i have to give him credit for all his optimism.

this has been quite the weekend.  friday was a blast, and i'm always up for a girls night with my girls. saturday night i went out with a great new guy.  we went to a hockey game and got pizza afterward and i really enjoyed his company.

but on saturday afternoon, i found out that my brother broke one ankle and shattered the other.  he went into surgery last night at midnight for about four hours and is in the process of recovering.  if you could all help me and keep positive thoughts that he will recover how his body needs to, i would greatly appreciate it.

friday is finally here.  survived my first week back at school.  only one class and a nap holding me from the weekend.

tonight is girls night with some of my closest girl friends.  and i am so excited to actually spend time with them instead of the usual emails and quick phone calls back and forth.

once a dancer...

always a dancer.

i saw the movie black swan today ...and loved it.  i'll admit it is a very dark movie, but with that set aside i enjoyed it.

without fail, every dance movie makes me miss dancing.  i was a dancer growing up but completely stopped post high school.
i did study ballet, but only to improve my technique.  some days i wish i would have chosen ballet rather than "studio" dance; or at least extended my ballet study.

as for now.  i'll stick to dancing in my room and maybe one day i'll have my dancer body back.

changes are underway.

first off, i hope all of you enjoyed bringing in the new year. hello 2011!  i believe you and i will get along very well!

with the new year i decided i was going to do a little makeover on my blog.  last year was a big year for me and this blog.  i started this blog so my parents wouldn't get facebook and now look what it has created!  more followers than just my two parents.  i only hope for it to grow more this coming year!

so enjoy the makeover and enjoy the new year!

also, if you have any suggestions for me...please leave a {nice} comment or email me.  i would love to hear all your feedback since this is for you to enjoy too.
