i'm back.

committed.
as of last week i am now committed to run a half marathon next spring.  aagh!  ha.  i am not a runner.  i am stick to the elliptical kind of girl so this running business is tough.  like i have sore wobbly legs after each run tough.  i will become one tough cookie soon.

it's going to be a slow process and if you have any pointers please let me know!  anything that can help a girl out is welcome either comments or email.  thanks.

xoxo

Good for you! It is a lot of work but you will love it! Just stay on top of training, and don't forget to cross train (elliptical, bike, etc). Good luck!

Good for you! I still have yet to do a half. I suck at running and am only now starting to see progress. I did the couch 2 5k program and am now working on the bridge to 10k program. I like them and I think it gives me structure to my weekly running and I get to see progress over the weeks. Good luck and keep us updated on how it is going and what you are doing!

Whoa! I am so inspired by your determination. You're going to become a confident runner before you know it. If you get any great tips or have some yourself, please share. I'm an elliptical kind of girl, too, and I'd love to make the switch.
